Hi, i had a huge hopper lag issue recently. When i make a research i found that problem happens to everyone. I found that issue and wrote my experience to there. Then md_5 made a patch to fix that issue but this patch is made to latest spigot. Im still using PaperSpigot 1.8.8 for some reasons. So im looking a dev to apply this... Need someone to apply a patch to 1.8.8 that created in 1.11.2.
