I have a good Sennheiser headset that I bought a couple of months ago. I've recently had a few issues with the pair, but they have not been "bad" enough to make me not want to hold on to the headset for actual use. Contacted support etc, etc and they are now offering a free repair and love you, but I have also seen that it is possible to get a new replaced headset. How do I go about keeping my current headset and receiving a new one without sending in the "faulty" one? bobo bobo
