I'm sorry can you elaborate your last message? Buyers are 100% protected. If they get a false product, they are entitled to a refund. Buyer has control as until they are 100% satisfied, the seller won't receive payment.
Did you use PlayerUp Middleman? I see no orders outstanding. We are fully up to date and everyone that is pending has already received a response. We have additional people who have been brought on board recently to handle the increased volume of Facebook and Twitter related transactions. If an order is outstanding, what is your order number or e-mail address?
If the seller doesn't deliver or it's not as described and you can't reach a resolution with the seller, then a refund is issued within 1 to 24 hours. Typically though refunds are processed immediately but we always leave that window of 24 hours open in case of emergencies. Starting next week, paying by credit or debit card you will not be billed until after you receive delivery. We are doing the same process hotels use in that you aren't billed until you checkout. Additionally, we will be offering lower cost PayPal options, Skill/MoneyBookers, and Coinbase, another bitcoin payment method.
