I bought headphones for 170 in Italy (amazon.it). The product will be delivered tomorrow and i would like to know what's the best method to get a refund. My account is clean and i bought on amazon more than 10 times . Also expensive things. When they delivered to the product usually I have to sign to receive it. So my question is: will i have to sign with a different name the recipe? And also could someone give me a good method for refunding (please not the empty one box).
