it's been a month since i've bought a smartphone from a chinese site and it's still not arrived , so one i contacted them and told them i'm gonna call paypal to get my refund , look what they told me Even if you tell the Paypal, Paypal can not refund the money to you, because we have sent the package to you and the package was despatched to your country already, it is now the Singapore Post to ship them what should i do now ?
