Need help with logitech (What should i tell them?)

    We just like to inform you that we have already processed the replacement of your device and you will be receiving a prepaid shipping label in your email within 24-48 business hours for you to use in sending back to us the defective device. Please print out the shipping label and stick it on the top of the box of your defective item. Bring the box to the nearest UPS branch at your place. Once we receive it within 7-10 business days or earlier you will be receiving the replacement.

    The email with the shipping label will come from UPS. If you did not find it in your inbox, kindly, check your Spam.
