Bought an Xbox for my little brothers birthday as his was old and keeps freezing DPD are delivering it today and I will sign it with a fake name most likely if they require signature. What is the best method to go about getting this refund? They usually never leave items at the door or without signature, Do I go with not delivered a few days after expected delivery DATE? Also on curry's website it says its not even dispatched yet. Any comments appreciated.
