Need help with Adidas refund

    I ordered a pair of sneakers from Adidas and they shipped via FedEx without signature. I wasn't home the day of delivery and looks like they left them at the door. I live in an apartment building, and by the time I can came home somebody already took them. I checked with my neighbors and nobody has them.

    I called Adidas and they started investigation. FedEx called me, and I told them I didn't receive it, they said Adidas shipped without signature requirement and they not responsible. Adidas closed the investigation without a refund saying the tracking shows delivered.

    I PAID OVER $220 FOR THESE SNEAKERS AND REALLY DIDN'T GET THEM!

    I called FedEx and they said they concluded their investigation and cannot find the package. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they denied my claim saying the tracking number shows delivered. I filed an appeal and lost that too for the same reason.

    I am out of options now and feel helpless having to pay for something that I legit didn't receive :(

    Can anyone help?
