On Jan 8, 2018, I made a huge stupid mistake by agreeing to send this guy paypal F & F payment of $500 CAD to buy an online game account. He sent me a invalid code and he claimed he already reset the game data and cannot send me a new code anymore. After that, he is not replying in his LINE account anymore. I have searched in the forums related to this matter, what I found: 1) Cannot dispute transaction in Paypal because it is F & F payment. 2) Cannot report unauthorized payment using my credit card because my Paypal balance will go negative, and Paypal will come after me. It looks like my chance to get my money back is very slim. Anyone can help me out wit this matter? Thanks.
