So I bought some steam wallet cards and I said it did not arrive. I was then told I would be given a refund but 2 days later I receive an email with a replacement order. So I went on to live chat and they said they had made a mistake but the the order has been shipped now. They said to take it to a local store to ask for a refund but I said that you are not able to refund steam wallet cards in store and was then told that might have been why I got a replacement instead. What should I do now. I paid through paypal so could I do a dispute on there? Or should I try to refund the steam wallet code in store first and tell them what happened.
