Hello, originally I've made an oder at a refund service but the person isn't replying to me anymore (and many of his customers) and now I have a 600+ order at asos uk and don't know what to do. The last thing he sent me was a screenshot of his livechat convo where asos says that they will be in touch with me within 4 days. Today is the 6th day, I've received nothing. I would appreciate any help, since I am new to all this and I don't know what I am supposed to do now. Thanks in advance.
