My ebay was recently banned, along with my paypal. Is it safe to use a dead relatives info along with their social, ID, and etc. I have literally everything I need. Would that be sufficient to stay under the radar? Of course selling under a new IP in the state, on an RDP. Address will be different and all. Would that work to become a seller? I plan on selling a lot of items. Thanks guys.
