I like to share you my first and brand new(?) method to get a free cleaning robot. - [Neato Robotics] What you need, original from Support mail: - photo from the belly sticker located underneath the robot - proof of purchase How: From ebay or ebay announcements you can get fast & easy pictures that you need for the warranty. Go to the Support Chat 24/7 and tell them robot dont work anymore. Support ask you for error code.
