It's NA/APAC because I frequently move between NA and APAC and constantly change the region (riot is aware). It's currently APAC but can be quickly changed to NA. This is my original account and I can prove it in however way you see fit. I'm selling it because I have another account with skins and I like those skins more, but you might like these more.
