2 orders arrived in one box. Due to package weight issues I said only one box arrived and that was empty too. After 2 long weeks received email saying they are processing return of the box which didn't arrive of the two. They also said they verified with carrier and weight was in tact when it was delivered. Order total was around 750 and they decided to process return for only one items approx half the price. What's the best step to take now? Any help would be greatly appreciated - - - Updated - - - Can I bring the non refunded item to store to return?
