    This scammer is all around this site and as well as on n/e/o/s/e/e/k/e/r/.com

    @Admin you should seriously consider adding an automated PM for newly registered members that consists links and short but clear introduction and explanation about your Site, Guides, How Your Middleman Service works, Your Staffs and anything you can think of including. Have it automatically sticky if possible so it'll always be on top of their Conversations list page.

    You have 2 routes here,

    one is, if you have a way to contact the real owner of that account ask him to contact com2us for you and report that the account was #/stolen so they can retrieve it for you.

    if number one is impossible then there's no choice but have the account banned. Doing this will not help you get your account back or get your money but it will also mean that the scammer wouldn't get anything out from the account he scammed. Do this by contacting com2us and tell them you bought the account show screenshots about the transaction as well to support your claim.

    But cant catch the scammer here ? Maybe he will try to sell it from another account

    There's so many ways to trick the IP tracking system here so i guess it not possible for now.

    What i meant in the second option about having the account banned was your Summoners War account.

    Basically what @Rolan said is 100% correct. If you google the email, you will see scams on NEO-SEEKER and PLAYERUP. He tries to portray himself as PLAYERUP to scam others. If you look though, the email is @consultant.com which obviously isn't us. We have done our best to ban these emails but they keep creating new ones scamming others.

    These are indeed your 2 solutions above. There is no easy solution here. I would NOT let the scammer get away with this. Since it's been 2 months, the original owner should assist you here.

    As can u see in my photos he traded here before and he used this coversation with me... maybe transaction ID is real

    When should I release my account information to the buyer?
    Never release your account information unless (@Middleman) contacts you through the PlayerUp Conversation Ticket System. We will never contact you through e-mail, PlayerUp, skype, or any 3rd party service. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons.

    Did @Middleman contact you? If not, then you were scammed.

    i think what @catalin93 is trying to say here is that maybe the Transaction ID was real that it came from an original order which may lead us to the scammer's identity. Its true, it maybe someone who has already made transactions with Middleman that's why and how they knew the process or maybe they just ask about it or saw a screenshot of the process from someone who posted it in public.

    I doubt it though, this scammer is pretty clever which lead to many newbies getting scammed by him here and on neo-seeker.com, the best thing anyone can do to avoid or prevent getting scammed is to think like them, take your time to ask for opinions of your concern when in doubt before going through it or just stay away from sketchy individuals/transactions.
