    Hi, from delays in my last purchase, you gave me a $10 credit, but when I started transaction ID 169506971, but there was no way to access that credit in this purchase process. What is thethe credit good for?

    Thanks for the reply. Awfully cumbersome. I was using my phone, but this information was very difficult to come by when trying to complete my purchase.

    Just some feedback here. I'm not upset. I started a request for a cash withdraw. Obviously, I would have rather had the credit off my purchase than credit in my PayPal account.

    If you can't add a method for applying credit to a purchase, perhaps you could add an obvious link, which also shows in mobile view, saying something like, "Have credits you want to use for this purchase? Click HERE for instructions on how to do so."
