    He was high risk but I was not aware that he would be suspended right as I delivered the account and confirmed the delivery. He was not aware that he would be suspended and he was profusely sorry even saying in the ticket that he has received the account but can not change the status. Will I receive my money still?

    @Hulk suspended him, which might because of his other accounts? Unsure.

    Will wait for his ruling on this.

    Okay. Understand, Much thanks. What is the ruling on my money though? Will I receive it in the 48 hours as stated if he doesn't change his status? Or is the money locked

    Money is with MM still unless told otherwise.

    He has multiple accounts opened and needs to fix this. This is only a soft suspension. Instructions were sent to him on how to fix this:
