So my asos account got blocked. Honeslty I only did 2 refunds and had some legit orders in between. What should I do and avoid a to open a new account? A new cc and phone number, but do they really ban the address and the name and surname? Does the ban ever get lifted, for example, in 2 years or so? Any advice would be much appreciated!
