My account is labeled as high risk despite having trade sucessfully in the past

I used a middleman to sell my league of legends account in 2016 and the trasanction went smoothly. I came back recently and I would like to buy a genshin impact account but I am labeled as high risk and I do not know why.
Would like to get it removed and verify my account again if possible.
