Resolved multiple negative feedbacks from same user and verified status

    hello!

    i am in the middle of a dispute, buyer claims i contacted support but that never happened, furthermore it is not even the account name i had and i changed personally the email to the buyers email...



    please remove my negative feedback and reinstate my verified status, i want to sell more accounts but i am limited to playerup because of this...


    i never contacted support to claim my account was stolen.... please help me i am waiting for responce since days...
