Guys, you've been refunding MS here and there via Paypal Paypal decision is for 100% final, they say, and PP confirms it. AFAIK they give you refund from their funds, and then get what they need from the Microsoft. So the questions are as follows: 1) would the MS file police report thereafter they see the name and surname, address and false claims? 1.1) or they'll bill second time somehow? 2) would the pp file police report maybe? Any thoughts on this topic?
