So whenever you are in adventure mode and are holding any pickaxe, you can mine any ore that regenerates(configurable time of how fast it regens) and bypasses WorldGuard (ONLY FOR THE ORES), your pickaxe will have levels (the levels are shown in item lore) and everytime you break a certain ore your pickaxe exp will go up closer to leveling up (I want the Pickaxe XP Per Level Required in Config and The Amount of XP Ore gives per Level in config), also whenever you break the ore such as lapis...
