This dispute is related to seller MightyMAC On September 15, 2024, your buyer ZeeBoss purchased your $350 War Dragon Accounts. On September 16, 2024, you ran into problems transferring access over to the buyer as you were unable to change the e-mail address on the account. The buyer opted to go forward with contacting the game publishers at War Dragons to try to get the e-mail changed himself since you were increasingly getting frustrated and wanted payment immediately. As the day progressed, you began to blame PlayerUp Middleman and began spamming hate attacks all over the site at how we cannot be trusted and you were scammed. The messages are too graphic we cannot even post them. Per our PlayerUp Middleman policy, once the buyer has full control of the account, that is the time we can release the funds to the seller. We opted to put this transaction on hold until the buyer had finished contacting game support to update the e-mail on the account. Further communication between you and the buyer resumed the following day with contacting game support and trying to update the e-mail on the account. On September 27, 2024, the seller MightyMac once again started to get aggressive at us for not paying them out on a transaction that still wasn't completed. However at the request of the buyer ZeeBoss, the buyer opted to waive his PlayerUp Buyer Protection so that the seller could get paid immediately. With this decision made, on September 27, 2024, we sent funds to MightyMAC wallet so they could cashout their balance due for this transaction. On October 1, 2024, PlayerUp Middleman opted to setup a phone meeting with the seller MightyMAC to go over this transaction with the seller to ensure he will do his part to assist ZeeBoss with any issues he might have post transaction. Over the phone, the seller MightyMAC ensured us they will. With both ZeeBoss and the seller wanting the funds released for this transaction, we moved forward and paid MightyMAC by Zelle on October 1, 2024 and completed the full payment due to the seller MightyMAC. This transaction was officially completed on October 1, 2024.
