Hi PlayerUp Team, My seller for my only current existing transaction is saying the previous order he went through with another buyer was ultimately cancelled because the middleman did not update the ticket. I want to avoid this on my order, please can you let me know when you can setup the 3 way conversation, surely this should be an automated process since I have already paid?
