   Where is the support team, been waiting over a month for my refund. Have raised ticket, pmd everyone, contacted middleman, emailed playerup on YouTube, contacted the Facebook page.
   
   Not a single reply in the last month. I just want my money back that was supposed to come through in 24-48 hours.
