    Paid with PayPal for an account a couple days ago. No communication from middle man to me or seller. Is this normal service? New here and concerned about the service. I'm sure this is not the correct way to do this but can't get any reply from admin

    They do take a bit to reply, but the longest I have ever waited was 1 day. Also, ensure that when you click the middleman link when you paid, it goes to a https:// website and ensure that the link is a legit link. Not leading you to a fake website.

    I have no idea where it sent me... The sellers and I have been in communication. We both are wondering what's next. Do I file with PayPal ? Not really thrilled having my money in lingo while whoever here decides to earn their money..

    Try contacting PlayerUp and send them a ticket. Also, on the main thread, post @Middleman : Payment has been sent awaiting further instructions. I did all this steps, because I, myself was worried, because it was taking a while. So, I did anything possible to catch their attention. But also, make sure the "The link is legit, because there are way too much scammers that are really great actors." I've encountered people like that, it's always good to be extra cautious.

    I've sent several tickets from the support link. This is why im concearned, I was hoping that they would reply to the tickets since money has been sent etc..

    Go check the link that you clicked on and see what website you went too.

    I've gotten emails from them saying I will get a reply by email. This concearns me if I click on a link from the header on this website and there is a possibility that the link maybe a address from a scammer? Is this what your saying? Anyway if there was money sent to purchase an account shouldnt there be some kind or communication/ action trying to get the transaction finished? Frustrated..

    Yes there is a possibility that the link maybe the direct site to the scammer and they can make it look exactly like playerup website. that's why it is always good to check the address bar after clicking on a link to ensure that you are at the correct website.

    Tough way to advertise security... Guess it'll be a claim and direct business with a seller next time. Thanks for your help

    Direct business to seller? I think the middleman services here is alot more safe than directing to seller. It's the seller that has the capabilities of directing the link to their website.

    The only con is the middleman services and admin support does take awhile.

    I'd be happy to talk to them.... There seems to lie the problem... PayPal has fraud security also..

    Possibly im doing this wrong...I paid thru PayPal and filled out a form, buyer ,seller, Id number.. There was a message displayed on thread that stated a payment was made..?? Is there something im suppose to do at this point ?

    hey guys, I am having almost the same problem here, besides I made the payment via credit card. @Middleman posted on the link that the account was sold to buyer @*my name* - after that I received an inbox message from Middleman asking me to do another form of verification before they create the 3 way conversation ticket for me and the buyer (to send a copy of the credit card front & back used for this transaction to [email protected]). I'm not sure how it goes as I read the buyer's guide, they said every transaction should only be done in www.playerup.com, they will not contact us through e-mail, kik, or other third party programs. Note that my first verification was a copy of my ID license.

    Anyhow, I've sent a copy of my credit card front & back (removed the CCV and expiry date). I've checked with my bank and they say the funds has gone through. I have also sent a few more messages to Middleman (the same conversation ticket he sent to me requestion for my credit card front & back) but I have not receive any reply from them yet and this is already the 2nd day. I have been talking to the seller on KIK and we both were wondering what's going on with Middleman not updating us, we have everything prepared and ready but we just don't hear any updates from them. The waiting is getting too long and frustrating, I hope they can improve on their communication with the customers. Communication is very important as a middleman for both the buyer and seller, at least keep us updated on the status and we will be fine @Admin

    If you waited a couple days and you specifically paid, then there is a problem. Need to contact them immediately. It doesn't take days to start up an order unless it's pending verification which you didn't say it is unless something went wrong.

    The link should always say playerup.com but depending how you pay it maybe redirected to another link such as paypal, skrill, paysafecard, gate2shop, g2s, and other payment merchant sites.
