Middleman, credit card order, waiting for a week and no reply

    My Location:
    I bought credits via Buy Credits button in the top, i purchashed 20$ worth of credit with credit card and got the message - Activate your order ( Transaction ID: 1130000000822523592). i activated my order and put in my seller's username from which i wanted to buy, i put in the link to the thread of the product i wanted to buy and sumbitted.

    This oppened a new message pre middleman order startup where it said my order was being reviewed and so on... since this is my first time buying i had to verify and sent my ID and i also sent the bank statement screenshot where it says the order is pending (to help up speed the proces). It has been 6 days now and i still got no response from anybody.

    I would aprecciate if someone was to look into this and help me and the seller complete the transaction.

    Step 1: Go To Your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    If in event you need to cancel your order, please go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket.
    Step 2: Change Order Status To Cancelled
    In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order. If you don't have a 3 way conversation ticket yet, post in your pre middleman order startup ticket that you wish to cancel your order.
    Step 3: Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.
