Microsoft Surface warranty se?

I have a LEGIT, surface pro 4, I paid $1000 for. Absolutely mint, not one scratch. Problem is, it’s developed screen blur, a common Microsoft problem and I’m out of warranty so MS won’t fix it. Can you SE some kind of warranty replacement? I’d send back this one first or give a cc or pay a little fee, whatever’s required..thx
