hey guys just need some advice before i place this microsoft order. When checking out with paypal, my billing name and address have to match with my paypal right? Also does the 8000 have to be in my paypal account to order or can some come out of my bank account. How long does the process typically take and is it safe? Will it work if it was signed by me?
