Microsoft PayPal dispute problem

    There is a public secret that Microsoft does not respond to PayPal cases. I was doing this for a long time but now it seems that PayPal has changed it's tactic. Before, after you open a case PayPal give 10 days for Microsoft to reply and when it does not reply, buyer automatically win the case. Now I believe I am in trouble. I opened a case as always and they gave Microsoft 10 days to reply. The first strange thing is that they gave Microsoft 20 days to respond. After not receiving a reply from them, PayPal started investigating the case itself. After a month of having the case opened I was requested to provide additional details of the problem. After I instantly replied, they gave Microsoft an extra week to reply. The last day to reply is today and they didn't. PayPal now changed the case status into being reviewed by PayPal and telling they will get into developments by February 18. By that date the case would be opened for 2 months so far.

    My question is what the love you I should do in this way? Is this case already failed and worthless to spend more time on?

    LATEST UPDATE : So the far I go, the stranger the situation appears to be. I received a reply from PayPal that my case (in European department) has been closed because the same case (different case number) has been opened in American PayPal department. When I call to the customer department which includes support for my country they tell that they could not access any information about that and suggests waiting. When I call to American department they transfer me to the department I was calling before and the same round goes on. Any tips, suggestions?
