Contact PayPal and inform them this guy is mass spamming emails to hundreds of people trying to get people to pay by family and friends in order to scam. I can assure you PayPal will close this guys account and refund you. Call them now!
What this person is doing is a serious criminal matter and PayPal will terminate these accounts. Tell PayPal check his account you'll see all his payments are family and friends. He is scamming people.
Call them again. Speak to a manager. Tell them to check his paypal activity and see what he is doing.
Paypal have said its under investigation but i still can't have a refund. No joy unfortunately. Even spoke to them on them on the phone and set a dispute up through the resaloution centre to say i hadn't received a service and still its a no refund. I feel so stupid and ribbed. I don't think im ever going to sell my account for what its worth.
