Resolved Made payment but order history not found in account and no email confirmation

    Hi I just a made a purchase (Secure Buy Now) for a Marvel Future Fight account on playerup, but after making payment, I didnt receive any email confirmation from playerup. I also did not see the order history in my account. Payment has already been made over paypal.

    The automatic response of the middleman support wants me to fill in a form but I need my order number, which is nonexistent.

    Seller: Selling - VIP 1-5 - VIP 3 1 YEAR ACCOUNT | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    This is the receipt for it. If possible I would just like a refund. Thank you!
