Once you login and your satisfied with the account you have to click on change order status to buyer confirms delivery on the 3way conversation. The change order status button is at the top of the page

 

I also put a 3 day shield up Saturday morning so nobody raids your station. Make sure you keep up with the shield so nobody takes your Resourses
