About this Caravan: Consists of a large, light, lounge, with double glazed windows to all aspects, 32" LCD TV with freeview, dvd player, wii console (plus selection of games) and modern electric fire. The kitchen area consists of a full sized fridge-freezer, lots of cupboard storage, stainless steel gas hob, grill, oven and extractor fan, a microwave oven and small appliances (kettle & toaster). The adjoining dining area provides seating for 6. There are 2 bedrooms (1 king size & 1 twin). The king size room has its own en-suite and walk in closet for storing ample clothing. The twin can be made into a small double bed or separate single beds, and includes a small built-in wardrobe, drawers and overhead cupboard space. Along with two bedrooms there is a sofa bed provided in the lounge. The shower room has a white suite (toilet and wash basin) and includes an electric shower. The van is 38ft by 12ft, is fully double glazed, centrally heated throughout with a combi-boiler for constant hot water. Outside there is a large veranda with seating for those warmer days/evenings. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Duvets and pillows are supplied but we ask that you provide your own linen. For your convenience, linen can be provided and beds made for you upon arrival at a cost of £10 per room. Please ensure you note your requirements on the reservation documentation. To lighten the load a little, cleaning products, liquid soaps and toilet rolls are provided upon arrival. Small Grove is in a prime location, right in the heart of Ingoldmells and is on the doorstep of all local attractions.
