      We can't refund that payment. Only method to refund that is contact the publisher and say someone is using your card get refunds on those purchases.

      We didn't trigger the recall, the seller did nor did the seller even warn anyone he was going to do this. We can't pay more than you paid out of our pocket. All you need to do is contact the game publisher, tell them someone has taken your card and charged $129 and you want them to refund you.

      And I recieved ZERO answers from Playerup, it's been twice estimated time by now, what do you think I'll do? Sit with no payment nor answers and lose access to an account that I haven't been paid for or having none of my issues or questions answered?

      ou will have none, get your money back from playerup, the extra that you spend, I don't care for.

      Listing of this account will be soon posted on other sites except of playerup which's experience for me was too bad. The buyer's issue being investigated in just a day whilst the seller is ignored for all the questions of his aswelll as the payment, that's too much and I don't want to be a part of this.

If no reply we'll give you instructions how to resolve this but to resolve it would result in the account being terminated because the seller also owes you $129 for your investment into the account which we'll give you instructions on how to get that back.

      Hopefully the seller works with us so we can fairly resolve this but if not then he'll understand later he made a huge mistake.

      Also having to hear "Time is of the essence" is ironic for me. If playerup had co-operated with me at all we wouldn't be here, I have no issues with the buyer he's been a cool guy since the start. Also sorry for replying late colleges had just opened in my country so I don't have much spare time on my hands.

      Our only options are to fix the issue with the seller or cancel the order. We can't compensate you $129. You have to get a refund from the publisher on that.

      The only options here are:

      1. We work with the seller and find a resolution to continue the sale.

      2. We cancel the original sale which we did and you request a refund with the publisher.

      That's all we can do in this situation. We have no control over the $129 you spent on this other party.

    I have looked into this issue.

    1. The seller recalled the account.

    2. You requested the order cancelled stated that you didn't trust the seller.

    3. @Middleman fully refunded your order and at your request cancelled the order.

    4. You replied back saying you paid $129 in funds to the game publisher.

    5. @Middleman told you that you need to contact the game publisher and inform them someone has charged your card $129 that you did not authorize.

    6. You cameback and insisted @Middleman pay you that $129

    7. @Middleman is not responsible for whatever fees you charge offsite with another party and is unable to compensate you for this.

    8. You cameback and repeatedly kept spamming them the same reply now as you did above asking @Middleman to pay the $129

    9. They followed up and once again went over why they can't compensate you that $129

    10. You continue to open additional tickets asking @Middleman to pay you that $129

    At this time, PlayerUp is not able to compensate you that $129. Your only option is contact the publishers and request that $129 returned to you. If they refuse, then we can assist you with that and where to go to get that $129 refund. However we have already told you repeatedly we, PlayerUp, is unable to compensate you this so all future tickets you open requesting this we will not reply to you on these since this matter has already been discussed in depth with you and is considered closed.

    Once again if you need assistance getting that $129 back from the publishers, let us know. Provide the game you purchased an account for and then we can assist you from here.
