    I received an email from Ubisoft support saying this account was stolen, it appears the original owner opened it. Was this account stolen?

    Just very ironic that I’ve been on the email repeatedly and received the support thread and now I’m locked out of uplay and my email. No it wants the 2 step code which I can’t access

    Just to add I’ve looked at the profile via the third party site that checks stats and the profile picture has returned to what it was prior to me buying the account.

    @Support again, middleman has not responded, I paid 900 dollars not including your insurance. What is to be done next, I could not care less his account has been suspended.

    Ok @Support @Help @Middleman we’re at day 15 with very little progress. I want a refund based off your own product and policy what else do I need to prove to make you move a bit faster. Up to this point it’s been more beneficial to be a scammer than legit buyer.

    Can I please receive a response from someone, this person hasn’t logged in since 8/29 so I think it’s obvious we’ve all been scammed. If I can’t get help here I need to open a dispute with PayPal since it was such a large amount and your site insured it.

    @Support @Help ive submitted the grievance to PayPal resolutions to try and get this handled. I’ve still not received response here.

    I opened the dispute because it’s taken 30 days to get to this resolution with this site. I spent good money with this site trusting there would be much more responsiveness to fraud.

    When you say credit my account will I receive the money back or a credit to use on this site only?
