Looking to purchase a BDO account - Would like some reassurance in regards to recall protection

    I have lined up the purchase of a high dollar bdo account with the seller who seems to be a really nice dude. Hes quitting the game for good and has no intention of coming back, or so he says. He is the original owner and is switching the account to a new email for the purchase, which will got through you. I will purchase the additional insurance, but I have read that some times that can be stingy and difficult. Can we discuss what needs to be done or needs to be known to make sure a recalled account in my situation would be covered by your protection? If I get him on record saying that hes in the original owner, is that enough to make sure any issues I could run into down the line with a recall would be safe through your customer service?

    Im ready to make a $600+ purchase after these questions can be answered, any assurances you can give me would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
