Sold Looking for sales and marketing partner for new in house affiliate network

I have built an in house affiliate system for my own digitally downloadable offers. Everything is setup and working and I am adding more offers over time.
However I haven't gotten the biggest network within the niche of sales and marketing. Thus I am looking for a partner. This partner needs to have experience in selling online content in many different ways. They will help me sell the product as well as scale the network by recruiting more affiliates.
I am just interested in the network being succesful, thus I am open to different profit splits and partnership deals.
