If you know your stuff about PHP then I have a job for you shouldn't be that much work if you know what you are doing. basically I need a php form that I can fill out and press a button "generate pdf" eg : name , address, reference number. I have a pdf file (template file) with 13 pages only 3 pages need to be populated with the text written in the form. once its been populated it needs to be downloadable as pdf.
