Has many high tier premiums and several tier 8's and below researched and bought. 1 tier 9 (E 75). Only 3k battles so you tell me.

I dont know much about WoT accounts tbh.

Well the premiums alone are worth over $300 and the money I spent on free exp. to move up in tier so quickly with only 3k battles tbh was nearly $1k. I have spent alot of time and money so the price is beyond fair.
