Account must be just mobile not linked to steam acc. I can pay via paypal, half price before trade and second half after i check it was not linked on steam before. I was scamed few months ago, i was buy acc and after i put in this 500$ and complete almost all cards he was recover steam account and i have not permission to this anymore. 1 thing what i can do in this situation was access via mobile and disenchant all possible cards and use vials to buy any garbage...
Hello, I have exactly this - mobile only - iOS. I haven't used Steam in years nor do I plan on using it again. My account has 141 legendaries and is currently ranked A3. The main decks I put money into were shadow and dragon, with a little bit into blood. I haven't played in a couple of seasons so I'm looking to sell. I have over 20 packs of unopened cards as well - 17 from the most recent season. It doesn't have a lot of extras, but it does have the Ryu and MBison leaders from the SF5 event.
