Im ideally looking for a SH30 or very strong SH29 in K131. I have friends there so am aware that its in a state of war and has a foreign King. For the right SH i have up to 1000 USD. I am only looking in K131 but may consider other level SH over 27 if they are very strong and have T9s already in place.
