I'm in need of someone who is familiar with programming an application. The app will require me to be able to upload certain mp3 files and have a button that will play those mp3 files with a simple play and stop feature that saves the persons position with an account they created on it so it will require a DB to store users. I'm fairly new to this and I'm not sure if this is the right place for it.
