    I am looking to buy a lifetime or non life time account that has at least One Level 65 Federation tactical officer with a good build (That does 50k-130k DSP). It can have other classes, races and faction characters but it must at least have that.

    Also looking for an account that has all 3 Breen event ships, the Risian Luxury cruiser (Classic one or the current one) and the Kobali Samsar Cruiser. I know I probably won't play these ships much but I just feel like it is a loss if I don't have them since I have them on my current account. Willing to pay 300$ USD by paypal.
