Buying  Android Looking for a level 90+ account

I'm looking for someone who is selling a level 90 account, there is a specific class I want that requires level 90, so I don't really care much about items, VIP, or anything like that, as I want to progress myself with a new character. However I will not feel safe accepting offers from people with no reviews. You can talk to me about prices, as I don't know how much it would be worth, but would apricate to keep it cheap if its possible of course, since I only want an account that has progressed to level 90 so I can create a new character, and I'm not really interested in items, VIP, etc etc like I said (If anything I say doesn't make sense please tell me as my first language isn't English)
