Sold Looking for a Coder / Programmer In HTML, PHP, CSS or Any Language

I'm looking for someone who can program in multiple languages for a long term idea. you must have a lot of time on your hands as you will be required to put as much time in as I'm going to for this project. Please don't post below if you aren't willing to actually commit to something. If you are learning this will be a great opportunity for you to work on multiple projects different types of projects at once and be able to hone your skills in all fields.
