Looking for a clean CA account with full info, rank of high 1st LT or CPT prefered

Title says what I am looking for. Price depends on the perm guns and what not the account has. Higher ranks with a lot of stored GP are also a bonus and may off set some perms.

Right now I am only paying with verified paypal, with almost certainly a middle man. That way I can gift the money to you, so you avoid the 3 or 5% fee, and no one has to worried about getting scammed.
