I used to do logitech easily regardless of format of contact: livechat, phone email. Recently all the reps I have gotten has asked me to perform strange love you like videotaping the product, cutting cords, pictures with serial and case id, then they said after all that bullshit I gotta ship them back the defective unit first. Now, I am ready to conclude that logitech is basically dead due to this (this makes sense as they will eventually catch on since everyone buttraping them and it becomes saturated) but anyone have any successful se's? Any advice? Much appreciated. This is just my two cents, I am not coming to any conclusion yet but it seems as though this is the case.
