Recently my Amazon account was locked and deleted. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but it happened the dat i bought a gift card and redeemed it using the Amazon app. I replied and verified all the information they asked me to and I still can't spend my gift card balance. I can still log in and see my balance, add things to my cart but I can't use any of MY money. I've never used my account for anything shady so I was wondering am I screwed? Is there any way I can get my money refunded or them let me use it? Thanks. Start Contract
